1. Agreement to Terms

Product sizing may vary by model, manufacturer, fit, version, or style. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, size information, product images, and available descriptions before ordering.

4. Pricing, Promotions, and Listing Errors

All prices displayed on US SPORT BOX are in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, promotions, and availability may change without notice.

If a pricing, product, discount, availability, image, description, or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, contact the customer before the order is completed.

5. Orders

After placing an order, the customer may receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation means we received the order request. It does not guarantee final acceptance, stock availability, shipment, or fulfillment of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, hold, verify, modify, replace, or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, stock issues, pricing errors, inventory synchronization issues, unavailable products, incorrect customer information, policy abuse, or violation of these Terms.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.

8. Address Accuracy and Delivered Packages

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered, the carrier delivery scan may be considered evidence that the package was delivered to the address or delivery location shown in the tracking information.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

10. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Used Items

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, wrong team, wrong player, wrong size, wrong item, or otherwise incorrect item due to our error, the customer must contact us as soon as possible after delivery and before wearing, washing, using, altering, or customizing the item.

11. Pre-Orders and Backorders

Some products may be offered as pre-order or backorder items. If an item is listed as a pre-order or backorder, the product page or checkout information may show an estimated release, processing, or shipping timeframe.

Pre-order and backorder dates are estimates and may change due to supplier availability, production delays, warehouse availability, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

12. Policy Enforcement, Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks

US SPORT BOX reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, discounts, order changes, or future orders where we reasonably believe there is fraud, return abuse, policy abuse, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, misuse of products, repeated false claims, or attempts to return worn, washed, altered, damaged, different, or ineligible items.
