Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

The return window starts on the date the carrier tracking shows the order was delivered. Return requests made after the 30-day return period may be refused.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Free from stains, odors, marks, damage, deodorant marks, pet hair, smoke smell, perfume or cologne smell, or signs of use
  • With original tags, labels, and packaging still attached or included
  • Returned with proof of purchase, such as an order number
  • Approved by US SPORT BOX before the item is sent back

Return approval is not final until the returned item is received and inspected by US SPORT BOX.

3. Return Authorization and Inspection

Customers must contact US SPORT BOX and receive return instructions before sending any item back.

Items sent back without approval, return instructions, or required order information may be refused, delayed, or returned to the customer.

All returned items are inspected after arrival.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We may refuse returns for items that:

  • Show signs of wear, washing, use, damage, stains, odors, perfume or cologne, smoke, pet hair, deodorant marks, or alteration
  • Are missing original tags, labels, packaging, or included accessories
  • Are returned outside the 30-day return period
  • Were sent back without prior return approval or return instructions
  • Were customized, personalized, printed, patched, or modified at the customer’s request
  • Were clearly marked as sale, discounted, clearance, promotional, final sale, or non-returnable before purchase
  • Are different from the item originally shipped to the customer
  • Were damaged after delivery by wear, washing, improper care, misuse, accident, heat, chemicals, ironing, drying, or customer handling

5. Size, Fit, Color, and Customer Preference

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, size information, and available product images before placing an order.

Sizing may vary by model, manufacturer, fit, version, or style.

Returns or exchanges for size preference, fit preference, change of mind, ordering the wrong size, ordering the wrong item, or no longer wanting the product may be approved only if the item is eligible under this policy.

6. How to Start a Return

To request a return, email support@ussportbox.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos where applicable

If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers should not send any item back before receiving return instructions from us.

7. Return Shipping

For United States orders, approved returns are free by mail according to our Merchant Center return setup.

If the return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, wrong team, wrong player, wrong size, wrong item, or otherwise incorrect item due to our error, the customer should contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

The customer may be required to provide clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, labels, tags, damage, and shipping label.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless store credit is agreed instead.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are generally processed within 5 business days. The customer’s bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

10. Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for size issues, defective items, unavailable items, or certain other approved cases. Customers should contact us first before sending anything back.

11. Care, Washing, and Customer-Caused Damage

Customers are responsible for following product care instructions.

Damage caused by washing, drying, ironing, heat, bleach, chemicals, improper cleaning, improper storage, sports use, stretching, pulling, friction, or normal wear and tear is not considered an US SPORT BOX defect.

12. Return Abuse, Fraud, and Chargebacks

US SPORT BOX reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or future orders where we reasonably believe there is return abuse, policy abuse, fraud, misuse of products, repeated false claims, chargeback abuse, or attempts to return worn, washed, altered, damaged, different, or ineligible items.
