How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. After dispatch, US delivery typically arrives within 4–10 business days. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

US SPORT BOX currently ships to addresses in the United States.

What currencies do you accept?

Prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD).

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items in original packaging with tags. Returns are free by mail. Customized jerseys with custom name or number are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Full details are available on the Returns & Refund Policy page.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also track it from the Track Order page using your order number.

Is payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe over an SSL-encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.

What sizes do you offer?

Most jerseys are available in S, M, L, XL, and XXL. Some products also come in kids sizes. The size chart is on every product page.

Can I customize my jersey with a name and number?

Yes — on supported products you can add a custom name and number at checkout. Customized items are non-refundable.
